With a certain February holiday on the scene, I've been hearing a lot lately about the subject of finding love. There are those who dread the holiday because they have either not found a special someone or else have had a painful parting. I say that regardless of your situation, you already have the one and only person who can truly make you embrace love and happiness. Yourself. Today, find three things about yourself that you particularly love and write them on your white board or hang the list on the fridge. Then think of three things you can do to be kinder to yourself, whether it be more time spent on hobbies, not beating yourself up for mistakes, etc. Post that list too, and vow to pay attention to it.
The Results: This became a topic at work today and I made myself this promise--along with a microwave cake-in-a-mug, LOL.
