Today's Positivity activity: Please the senses by using aromatherapy to boost mood and reduce stress. Try this by either using essential oils, a diffuser, or a nicely scented candle. Experiment with scents to see what works best.*Peppermint, lemon, and grapefruit can boost mood.
*Lavender, rosemary, and vanilla can help reduce stress.
