Does 10,000 steps sound too daunting? Have no device to monitor progress? Set a smaller goal for yourself--say 5,000 steps or 30 minutes. (And as with any exercise program, it's a good idea to check with your doctor when altering your activity level.)
For your journaling today: Record today's health theme. Did you get your steps in? Note your thoughts about how it went. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
