On Thursdays I post a food and/or health related challenge. Since Day 341's challenge to cut out processed cereal, I've been looking for new breakfast ideas. Today, I'm going to blend up some fruit and enjoy a smoothie.
The Results: Mission accomplished! Made a smoothie using frozen strawberries, a banana, milk, and a touch of raw wild honey. Yum!
