Do this instead of: stressing out at work
Since today's weather forecast here calls for 0% chance of rain, I won't be able to enjoy a literal shower. However, there are some wonderfully soothing YouTube videos that will let me hear a patter of raindrops anytime. And oh man, this was SO great! I set up my tablet at my work desk and let the above rain sounds/floating candles video play throughout my shift. The lift to my spirits and calmness was palpable the whole time, and I had a couple people comment on it as well.
