Day 166: Eat More Protein

Today's Positivity activity: Eat protein-rich foods
Do this instead of:  Forgetting protein in favor of fruits or bread.

After doing last week's calcium challenge in conjunction with my daughter's health/nutrition schoolwork, I decided to keep following along with her weekly food challenges. So today's focus is on protein foods, and I'll be attempting to boost my intake.

The Results: So as the graphic chosen suggests, I included a poached egg, peanut butter with grahams, ground beef, and sausage. Yes!
