Day 275: 2 Minute Meditation for Holiday Stress

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday! Today's meditation comes from Hay House Presents' YouTube channel. I thought with Black Friday behind us and the holidays roaring ahead, this would be a good one to have waiting in the wings to beat holiday stress. 
Do This Instead of: Stressing out before work;  2 minutes of extra Facebook patrol.
The Results: As it turns out, this video is less of a guided meditation and more of a breathing followed by prayer exercise. The prayer is inclusive of multiple spiritual paths, but if that isn't your cup of tea, you might want to look elsewhere. Me, I went for the journey and used the intention to calm and focus myself after an extremely hectic and stressful day.
