Day 1: Simplest Way to Meditate

Meditation Mondays are for moments of soothing mindfulness to help reduce stress, clear negativity, and embrace clarity.
Today's Positivity activity:  It's Day 1 of another year of positivity! To start us off, I've got a down-to-basics video on meditation from the YouAreCreators YouTube Channel. Learn simple basics for meditation in just over 5 1/2 minutes. Good for those who are new to meditation, and a nice refresher for others who've practiced it for a while.

For your journaling today: Record the name or theme of today's video. Did you attempt and complete the activity? Note your thoughts about how it went. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
