Day 11: Eat Your Favorite Soup

Thursdays are all about health and nutrition positivity!
Today's Positivity activityEnjoy a bowl of your Favorite Soup Ever.
What is your favorite soup? The one that smells delightful as you lean over the bowl, letting the steam bring a smile to your face. The one that comforts and nourishes the soul with its perfect blend of flavors? Whether it's an exotic mix or some old-fashioned chicken noodle, indulge in a bowl today. (Me, my all-time fave is Thai Tom Ka, with coconut milk, curry, and lemongrass.)
