Day 19: Positive Thinking Meditation

Today's Positivity activity: Spend 10 minutes doing a guided meditation for positive thinking. 
Do this instead of: Facebook, random surfing, or worrying about Things I Should Be Doing Better.

The specific meditation video shown above is new to me. While I previewed it briefly prior to posting, today is the first time I'll actually be trying it out.
