Do this instead of: Allowing stress and negative thinking to take over the day
Honestly, the beach is one of my favorite places, although despite living within 1 hr of the coast, I spend very little time there. Fortunately, I needn't make the drive and risk sunburn to glean the calming benefits of the sea. Today at work or home, I'll be playing some ocean videos on my tablet to keep me centered.
This was wonderfully helpful during my workday, and I garnered more positive coworker comments as others enjoyed a moment of ocean zen.
