This week's quote is something my family and I have been talking about a lot lately. Really, it is pretty much the basis for this whole blog project. When you are in a mindset of positivity, you can be happy even when life presents you with adversity. On the flip side, you can have a life other people would kill for and still be miserable. Your thoughts can be a powerful ally--or your worst enemy. Today I choose happiness.
