Day 58: Healing Spirit Guided Meditation

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday, and today I am trying out a guided meditation for relaxation, anxiety, depression, and self acceptance.
Do this instead of: Browsing the internet before work.

Oh, this was a nice meditation. I'd been a little stressed after running around with errands and needing to do things before work, but I took time to sit down and do this meditation and was super relaxed and calm within minutes.
