Day 72: Beach Walk Guided Meditation

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday, and today I am trying out a guided meditation for a walk along the beach for stress and anxiety relief.
Do this instead of: Browsing the internet before work.

What a lovely meditation! Walking along the beach with soft waves lapping at my feet, wildflowers along the shore, even bees and butterflies. Definitely one I'll be pulling up again.
