Day 100: 10 Minute Meditation to Soothe and Ease Anxiety

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday! Today I am trying a guided meditation designed to help relieve axiety/worry...and it's only 10 minutes long. 
Do this instead of: Browsing the internet before work.

100 days of positivity!! A good day to meditate on erasing worries that rob me of a positive mindset.

A lot of repetition in this one for a 10 minute video, so I don't think I'll keep it in my playlist rotation, but it definitely soothed me.
