Since I work swing shift, it's not like I have to get up before the crack of dawn. However, I do tend to rise many hours before work in order to get a laundry list of things done. Today, I'm giving myself permission to enjoy an hour of guilt-free extra zzz's, since proper rest can help boost positivity and help keep us healthy.
Ah, apparently this did the trick. I'm still coughing, but I felt better than I have since catching a cold a couple weeks ago.
