Day 124: Eat a Good Breakfast

Today's Positivity activity: Have a full, nice breakfast.
Do this instead of: Skipping breakfast or grabbing whatever.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it's the one I tend to skimp on the most. Today I'll have a full meal to start the day right.

Okay, for breakfast I had 2 eggs, oatmeal, and fresh strawberries. Not shabby, yes?
