Do this instead of: 1 hr of random web surfing
With just over ten days remaining until New Year's Eve, I decided to change things up a bit here on the positivity blog. Every day until New Year's, I'll be taking time out to enjoy a film, video, or meditation that contains a message of thankfulness, personal reflection, or that has an uplifting mood. Then in my "results" I can journal about the experience. This will help set the tone for ringing in a new, shiny, more positive year.
The Results: I spent some time setting up my countdown calendar with videos and films to help bring some thankfulness and reflection to the end of the year. I'm looking forward to enjoying these each day.
