Today's Positivity activity: Early last year, I learned about a concept called Quantum Jumping, a special focus on visualizing the "you" that is an expert in various things you would like to be more adept at (hey, including positivity). Today I'll be watching a video of exercises in this technique.

The Results: The video above is more of an overview and explanation of quantum jumping. I sat and watched and made a point of deciding what kinds of things I'd like to explore this year via the techniques.
