Day 352: Ten Minutes to Relieve Stress and Anxiety

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday! Stress and anxiety relief videos have been popular here on Experimental Positivity, so let's start the week off right with ten minutes of calm.
Do This Instead of: 10 minutes of random web patrol.
The Results: This video includes a little bit of (seated) stretching, so be seated in such a way that you can put your arms out to the sides. (I was sitting in a corner near the wall.) Other than that, it was a nice, easy and relaxing video.
