Day 14: Tap Your Way to Positivity

Posted by J at 6:00 AM
Sundays focus on enrichment for the mind, alternating between the right brain creativity, left brain rational/educational pursuits, and general acts of personal positivity.

Today's Positivity activity:  For the left brain. Learn how tapping (also called EFT/TFT) can boost positive feelings.

Tapping, aka TFT/EFT (Thought Field Therapy or the Emotional Freedom Technique), is a method I learned about at work and have used to reduce anxiety, banish negative thoughts, and relieve stress-related headaches and other pain. While there are varying methods for tapping, I've found the Faster EFT method outlined above to be by far the easiest and quickest to use "on the go".

For your journaling today: Write down "LEFT brain" and the theme of today's activity. Did you try tapping? Note your thoughts about the art and which moved you most. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
Optional: Note your daily Positivity Quotient. by rating the following on a scale of 1-100:
Positivity Boost (from today's activity
Life in General
My Mood
