Day 15: Being Present-a Guided Meditation

Meditation Mondays are for moments of soothing mindfulness to help reduce stress, clear negativity, and embrace clarity.
Today's Positivity activity:  Boho Beautiful's YouTube Channel has a knack for offering guided meditation in spectacular settings. Today's 11-minute meditation focuses on being present in the moment, an exercise in mindfulness to expand on last week's meditation.
