Day 17: Positive Aromatherapy for a Lift

 Wednesdays are all about household positivity! Cleaning, clearing, organizing, and embellishing...your living space needs a boost of TLC too!
Today's Positivity activity: Please the senses by using aromatherapy to boost mood and reduce stress. Try this by either using essential oils, a diffuser, or a nicely scented candle. Experiment with scents to see what works best.
*Peppermint, lemon, and grapefruit can boost mood.
 *Lavender, rosemary, and vanilla can help reduce stress.

For your journaling today: Write down today's challenge. Did you attempt and complete the activity? Note your thoughts about how it went--or not. What scents did you prefer? You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
