Day 25: Take Your Vitamins

Thursdays are all about health and nutrition positivity!
Today's Positivity activity: Start taking a daily multivitamin supplement (or review your current brand and see whether a change is in order.)

While it's far more effective to get vitamins and minerals from a balanced diet, it isn't a bad idea to give ourselves an added boost of insurance with a good quality supplement. I'm notorious for taking them for a while, and then when I run out, I forget to buy more.
For your journaling today: Record today's health theme. Did you begin taking vitamins or switch to a better brand? Note your thoughts about how it went. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
