Day 29: Guided Morning Wake-Up

Meditation Mondays are for moments of soothing mindfulness to help reduce stress, clear negativity, and embrace clarity.
Today's Positivity activity:  Today's super quick 3-minute video from The Honest Guys YouTube Channel is how I've been starting my day lately. A series of positive, empowering affirmations is a great way to put my mind in the ride "mode" for a productive and satisfying day.

BONUS POSITIVITY if you set this up to become a daily routine. Try it for 1 week and see if it doesn't help you start off the morning in a more positive frame of mind.

For your journaling today: Record the name or theme of today's video. Did you listen to it? Note your thoughts about how it went. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
 Optional: Note your daily Positivity Quotient. by rating the following on a scale of 1-100:
