Day 36: Fall Asleep Fast -a Guided Meditation

Meditation Mondays are for moments of soothing mindfulness to help reduce stress, clear negativity, and embrace clarity.
Today's Positivity activity:  Another from The Honest Guys YouTube Channel. (I love them!) I've been using wind down videos lately as part of my sleep routine. This one is designed to help the viewer drop off in 10 minutes! Can't wait to try it.

BONUS POSITIVITY if you set up an evening wind down routine. Try it for a few weeks and see if your sleep habits improve .

For your journaling today: Record the name or theme of today's video. Did you listen to it? Note your thoughts about how it went. Did you fall asleep more easily? You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
