Day 46: Eat a Healthy Snack

Thursdays are all about health and nutrition positivity!

Today's Positivity activity: Include a healthy snack as part of your daily intake.

Snacks...those things we grab when we're between meals and feeling that tummy rumble, but we're too busy to make a proper meal of it. Drive-thru, mini marts, the donut shop, or vending machines are frequent go-to's when taming those urges. Today, be prepared for the rumbles by having something healthy on hand--fruit, string cheese, a hard-boiled egg, your favorite nut butter on celery, etc.

For your journaling today: Record today's health theme. What was your healthy snack? Note your thoughts. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.

 Optional: Note your daily Positivity Quotient. by rating the following on a scale of 1-100:
