Meditation Mondays are for moments of soothing mindfulness to help reduce stress, clear negativity, and embrace clarity.
Today's Positivity activity:  Today's 12-minute video comes from the Miracle Forest YouTube Channel and targets stress/anxiety. Put on headphones and feel stress lift away as you go through this meditation.
