Day 261: Mindfulness Meditation to Relieve Anxiety and Stress

Today's Positivity activity:  It's Meditation Monday! Today's meditation comes from a new source, WiseMindBody's YouTube channel. I thought I'd take a break from the creativity-based meditations I'd been posting lately and get back to some basic stress relief.
Do This Instead of: Stressing out before work;  9 minutes of extra Facebook patrol.
The Results: Nice and under 10 minutes, this was a simple, yet relaxing meditation. The video focused a lot on breathing and returning focus when the mind drifts, so if you struggle with these, this is a good one.
