Tuesdays are all about ambiance, or boosting positivity by adding something nice to your environment at home and/or at work.
Today's Positivity activity: Today's ambiance is a video featuring hummingbirds flitting around a feeder. I've had feeders at different times, but I haven't had as much time as I'd like to sit with the feeder in view and watch the activity. This offers an up-close look and can go right on my desk at work or up on the TV screen.
For your journaling today: Record the name or theme of today's ambiance. Were you able to include this in your day? Note your thoughts about how it went. You can be as detailed as you wish, or you can simply jot one or two sentences about it.
